Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of Restockly, a back-in-stock, waitlist, and pre-order app for OpoShop stores, published by Found. By installing or using Restockly, you agree to them.

The service

Restockly adds a “Notify me when back” widget, waitlists, and pre-orders to your OpoShop storefront, watches your inventory, and sends branded emails to shoppers when items restock. We provide the service “as is” and work to keep it available and accurate, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for your store, your products, the accuracy of your inventory and pre-order promises (including any “ships by” dates you set), and for fulfilling orders. You agree to use Restockly only for lawful purposes and not to send shoppers content that is misleading, harmful, or unsolicited beyond the alerts they requested.

Shopper communications

Restockly sends transactional alerts (back-in-stock, waitlist, pre-order confirmations) to shoppers who ask for them. You are the sender of record for these messages to your customers and are responsible for complying with applicable email and consumer-protection laws.

Availability & changes

We may update, improve, or change features over time. We may suspend the service for maintenance or if it's being misused. You can uninstall Restockly from OpoShop at any time, which ends these terms for you going forward.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Found is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost sales, or issues caused by inaccurate inventory data, missed deliveries, or third-party services (including OpoShop and its email delivery). Restockly is a tool that helps you recover demand; it does not guarantee sales.
